Photos and video submitted through Virtual Estimate are uploaded to a private storage service and are used only to review your property, prepare an accurate estimate, communicate with you about your request, and provide the cleaning services you request. We do not claim ownership of the content you upload — you retain your rights to it, and you're giving us only the limited permission described above to use it for your request.

How We Use Information

We use the information you provide to prepare and send estimates, schedule and perform services, respond to questions, and communicate with you about your request. We do not use your information for purposes unrelated to responding to and fulfilling your request.

• Vercel Speed Insights. Measures website performance, such as page load speed. Per Vercel's own documentation, this data is anonymized and is not tied to your identity, your IP address, or your browsing session across pages.
• Estimate request verification. A short-lived, functional cookie set only while you're completing an estimate request, confirming you passed our spam-prevention check before we accept your submission. It is not used for advertising or analytics.
• Cloudflare Turnstile (our spam-prevention widget) and tawk.to (our live chat widget, if you open it) may each set their own cookies as part of providing those features.

We do not use Google Analytics or other general-purpose analytics/advertising cookies beyond what is described above. You can manage ad personalization for your Google account at myadcenter.google.com, or adjust cookie settings in your browser at any time.
